Thank you so much for shopping with Love Glove 🤍 We are a small business and pack each order with care.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: During launches, collaborations, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once your package has been handed off to the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.

Love Glove is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Weather-related delivery disruptions


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already shipped:

  • We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders delivered to the address entered at checkout.

  • If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it once received back. A new shipping fee will apply.

If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.


Returned to Sender

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Insufficient address

  • Failure to claim package

Customers may choose:

  • Reshipment (new shipping fee required), or

  • Refund minus original shipping costs


Order Changes

We cannot guarantee order edits, cancellations, or address changes after checkout. Please review your information carefully before placing your order.
